It is an exciting time in the life of Little League Baseball and Softball in Windsor, CT and I am writing to you with an opportunity to support Little League in our town. This year, the two Little League organizations, Windsor American Little League (located at Fitch Field and serving the south end of town) and Windsor International Little League (located at Welch Park and serving the north end of town) have joined to become one league: Windsor Little League.

Your support is critical to the mission of Little League which is “to promote, develop, supervise and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball and Softball.” Little League Baseball has been operating in Windsor, CT since the 1950s and has assisted youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, courage and loyalty.

Your purchase of advertising space at the Welch and Fitch Field complexes supports the purchase of new bats, helmets and uniforms as well as the maintenance of the fields, dugouts, bullpens and batting cages.

There are four advertising spaces available: -Majors Baseball Field at Welch, -Minors Baseball Field at Fitch,-Majors Baseball Field at Fitch and -Majors Softball Field at Welch. The advertising period is from opening day in April through the end of fall ball.

Advertising options and price structure for 2012 are detailed below. Alternatively, we are providing a new option this year for businesses who may not want to commit to the purchase of an outfield sign, but want to support the league.

2012 Advertising Options

New signs are $175 each which covers the cost of the sign and the initial advertising period. Renewals are $150 per sign thereafter with a discount for 2 or more signs. Signs for the fields at Fitch are 3x5 vinyl banners and can be customized with your choice of colors and your company logo. Signs at the Welch complex are green with yellow letters and allow for limited customization. Please attach a business card or specify a website for the sign designer to work from.

As an alternative, if you are not ready to purchase advertising space, but would like to support the league, we can list your business on our website for a donation of $100 or more.
